Growing pains/gains – Insights on scaling culture from a burgeoning fintech.

3:05 PM - 3:25 PM

Promotional description

Never before have businesses pivoted, adapted, and transformed at such a rapid pace.

The fintech industry in Australia is growing at a phenomenal rate – from A$250 million in 2015, to a A$4 billion industry in 2021, comprised of more than 800 companies.

With so many technological advances and shifts in customer expectations, what does it take to break through and stay in the game - regardless of the industry? Agility is key.

This session provides insight into the journey of a scaling Aussie fintech, exploring factors across the employee lifecycle for effective growth and employee engagement. There are challenges delivering best practice solutions in a commercial environment. Appreciating the breadth of what constitutes evidence-based and data-driven decision-making is critical.

Following an overview presentation, attendees will be invited to leverage one another’s experience and ideas through Q&A / facilitated discussion.

Learning outcomes

At the conclusion of this event, attendees will be able to understand how agile principles can be applied to organisational development and talent management, and the variety of evidence and data available to support planning and decision making
