Rethinking work: How a pandemic upended our relationship with work and the workplace.

4:45 PM - 5:45 PM

Promotional description

Dr Sander will discuss how the pandemic has fundamentally changed our relationship with work and the workplace, as well as the broader implications for our urban landscapes and way of life. The session will cover both what we loved (and hated) about our workspaces, why the lying flat movement has become a global trend, and what the office is likely to look like going forward. Will we still go to the office, if so why, and what kinds of things will we do when we get there? Libby will detail the ways in which our physical work environments influence our thinking, emotions and behaviour as well as giving an insight into how we can create workspaces that work.
