Crafting and activating purpose for individuals, teams and organisations

3:05 PM - 4:30 PM

Promotional description

Who am I?
What is my purpose?
Why can't I get where I want?

Our clients often come hopeful of seeking a clear path in their career, at work, in leadership roles or when making important life decisions. Even the teams we work with sometimes wonder What's the point!

The importance of purpose is well understood by most people, but how to actually craft and articulate that purpose can be challenging.

Then we meet the clients who might say that I will be happy once I know what I am meant to be doing, and want that inspirational answer. So how do we help our clients, teams and organisations activate their purpose so they continue to be engaged and thrive?

This workshop connects a range of important constructs, incorporating identity, dissonance, purpose, that can be adapted for a wide range of clients for individuals, teams and organisations, that help provide direction, and live and work with purpose.
