Understanding the drivers of a positive safety culture in high-risk industries

10:45 AM - 11:05 AM

Promotional description

Let's face it – achieving a positive safety culture is hard. You can have the best equipment, all the right systems, and train your people, yet still see a workforce disengaged with safety. In fact, 86% of organisational sites are not yet getting this right. So how do we unlock the next stage of their cultural journey?

This session will look at quantitative and qualitative data from 21,711 workers – representing 73 different sites across agriculture, construction, government, healthcare, manufacturing, mining, oil and gas and utilities. For the 86% of sites that operate from a negative culture, what are the top five opportunity areas that they need to target to get the best outcome, and how do they go about doing so? Likewise, what are the 14% doing well, and how do we best learn from this?

Whether you consult internally or externally, this sort of client data will provide you with key insights to help you drive change.

Learning outcomes
