3:40 PM - 4:40 PM

Promotional description

Over the past two years Pinnacle Group Australia has been supporting organisations to redefine their approach to employee health and wellbeing.

The new approach addresses health from a holistic perspective focusing on the whole human. Join Pinnacle Group Australia in their ‘How to Session’ to unpack the holistic health approach, gain insights into the leading industry research in this space and take away practical insights into maintaining and enhancing employee wellbeing during turbulent and challenging times.

Drawing on models, frameworks and evidence-based approaches, participants will learn best practice health and wellbeing strategies for sustained employee performance during challenging times and understand how to apply a holistic lens to address mental, physical and emotional areas of employee health and wellbeing. The session will not only provide participants with practical insights, but it will help individuals to think broadly about how they can prepare and assist individuals, teams and organisations to support health and wellbeing for sustained performance during challenging times.
