- Apply the key learnings from this real-world example to their own organisation
- Pass the modern day ‘marshmallow test’ by avoiding social media for a whole hour
- Evaluate the suitability of using customised assessments in their own organisation
- Participants will actively learn through:
o Power napping through information on how this assessment was developed, key inflection points and outputs linked to the assessment
o Appearing smarter than their colleagues by asking insightful questions in larger and / or smaller group formats
o Creating compelling doodles on the structured self-reflection forms at each workshop table, which could also be used to shape their thinking around using customised assessments in their own organisation

Justin is an internationally respected business psychologist who leads the way in people performance. He has been fortunate to work across a variety of sectors with some well-known names like BHP, Warner Brothers, eBay, PwC & Sainsbury’s through his consultancy People Excellence, who help identify whom to hire and promote. His passions and key projects embrace cutting-edge psychometrics, talent assessment and fancy statistics.
Justin has had great fun using machine learning and predictive analytics in a separate business, Advantage Punter, which correctly predicted the 2018 & 2019 Melbourne Cup winners and produced 3 times the market average ROI with its NRL predictions. He also spearheaded UK charity Believe in Young People’s state-of-the-art algorithms to accurately measure 30,000 students’ behaviours, abilities and interests to match them with the right career path and find suitable local employment. Put simply, Justin enjoys solving complex people problems to produce real world benefits.
