Organisational psychologists, academics and related professionals have increasing influence on the organisational landscape these days. They work as analysts, consultants, researchers, line managers, executives and professionals in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Recruitment, Human Factors, Career Counselling, Outplacement, Behavioural Science and many more fields. In Australia, they gather every two years for their own noteworthy Conference, the Industrial & Organisational Psychology Conference. The conference is an opportunity to share experiences and research, extend professional networks, learn about new techniques and tools, and strengthen the community of organisational psychology across Australia. With sessions to suit those in their early careers, mid-stage and later professional lives, there’s a great range of people for sponsors to connect with and share products, services and opportunities for collaboration. This group loves to be kept up to date with new technology, innovative services and smart ideas not only for themselves but to take back to the workplace and recommend to those they work with. Demonstrate your support for the power and impact that organisational psychology has in the modern-day workplace by supporting this Conference.
