The 15th Industrial and Organisational Psychology Conference, proudly hosted by the APS, and the College of Organisational Psychologists', is set to take place in the vibrant city of Perth, Western Australia, from Thursday, 24 October to Saturday, 26 October, 2024.
This prestigious event stands as a beacon for professionals in the field, offering a platform for attendees from around the globe to connect, share insights, and explore the latest trends and research in industrial and organisational psychology, and it’s adjacent disciplines
We have planned an impressive lineup of international, and local speakers. The conference will provide a diversity of keynote speakers, presentations, and workshops. Each session is curated to ensure attendees are informed and inspired paving the way for novel discussions and developing connections to foster innovative solutions within the field. This biennial conference is designed to foster a sense of community among psychologists, industry professionals, and academics alike, creating an enriching atmosphere conducive to professional growth and collaboration.

Terms & Conditions - Win a Festival of Psychology Registration
Eligibility: All current APS members attending the in-person conference will automatically be entered into the draw. New Members: Conference attendees who sign up for APS membership and complete their member registration during the conference will also receive automatic entry into the draw.Winner Selection & Notification:The winner will be drawn during the final session of the conference. The winner will be announced on-site, and if they are not present, they will be notified by email.Prize Terms:The prize is non-refundable but may be transferred to another APS member. Prize is a conference registration to the Festival, winner will be responsible for their own travel arrangements. In-Person Registration: Access to all in-person presentation sessions on the scheduled program dates (16 - 18 May 2025) Access to recorded presentations will be made available to view on-demand via the online platform in the weeks following the festival.
