Leah is a senior communications executive and non-executive Board Director with significant experience in the health and not-for-profit sectors in Australia and the UK. She specialises in developing strategic media and communications programs to enhance engagement, advocacy and social impact. Through her work, Leah is driven to improve awareness and understanding of the health and social issues impacting everyday Australians. Leah is currently the General Manager Communications at the Australian Psychological Society and a Board Director at the Climate and Health Alliance (CAHA). Leah was previously the National Manager Media at the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP), Head of Education Programs at the Royal College of Physicians London (RCP), and held various commercial media and publishing roles over many years in London. Leah is undertaking a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Western Australia. She holds a Diploma in Leadership and Management from the Institute of Leadership and Management, UK.
