Have you ever had a performance review meeting and thought "How can my manager assess me on behaviours and relationships that they don't see?" More and more organisations are reaching for 360 degree feedback to gain greater insights but who in the organisation is best placed to rate the different behaviours we expect from our leaders? Who observes different behaviours and how are different rater sources similar or different?

Anna Read completed her Bachelor of Psychological Science (Hons) in 2013 having conducted a research project on authentic leadership. She continued to focus on leadership behaviours when completing her Master of Organisational Psychology in 2021. She currently works for the QLD Department of Transport and Main Roads as a Principal Advisor (Workplace Mental Health) providing strategic and operational advice on a wide range of mental health and wellbeing initiatives to support the Department's positive mental health culture.
